- Which of two colours to try, if you tell us what you already write with and on what paper.
- An order in progress. Quote your reference and we will find it.
- An ink you wish we carried. We keep a list, and it is the main way the catalogue grows.
- A sample that arrived damaged. Send a photo and we will replace it.
What we cannot
Tell you what a colour will look like on your paper under your light. Nobody can, which is rather the entire point of the shop.
