Tiny vials, big journey. Here is what we know, and here is what we are still working out.
Rates and delivery times are still drying
Nothing here is set yet. We have not fixed postage rates or quoted a delivery window, and we would rather say so than invent a number you would hold us to. When you send your tray over WhatsApp we will confirm the cost to your pincode before you pay anything.

Across India. Nowhere else, for now.
How a parcel is packed
Samples go into a padded envelope, packed flat so the vials cannot roll or knock against each other. Each one is labelled with its reference and its name, because an unlabelled vial of dark blue ink is indistinguishable from every other unlabelled vial of dark blue ink.
If something arrives broken
Send a photo to +91 00000 00000 with your order reference and we will replace it. See returns for the rest.
Tracking
Whatever the courier gives us, we forward to you in the same WhatsApp conversation as the order. There is no account to log into, because there are no accounts.
