Tiny vials, big journey. What it costs, when it leaves, and how to follow it.
What delivery costs
Free from ₹1,500 of ink, whatever the vials add up to. Below that it is a flat ₹99, shown in your tray and at checkout before you pay.
When it leaves us
Every vial is decanted by hand after your order arrives, so a parcel usually leaves us in two to three working days.
Where we ship
Across India. Nowhere else, for now.
How a parcel is packed
Samples go into a padded envelope, packed flat so the vials cannot roll or knock against each other. Every vial carries a label with the ink's name and reference number, because one dark blue looks much like another once it is in the vial.
Tracking
When it ships, your order page shows the courier and the tracking number, and the same reaches you by email. Tick the box at checkout and it comes on WhatsApp instead. The link to your order page is in your confirmation email.
If something arrives broken
Film the parcel as you open it, starting while it is still sealed, and send that video to +919270539459 on WhatsApp with your order reference. We can only replace a damaged vial with an unboxing video. See returns for the rest.
