Before you order

Nothing reaches us. The samples you pick are saved in your own browser’s local storage, and clearing your site data empties the tray.

When you order

We keep what it takes to post the parcel and stand behind it: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, the landmark and map pin if you drop one, what you bought, and the payment reference Razorpay gives us. The pin is a pair of coordinates for the courier, nothing more, and the address works without it. It sits in a database we run, hosted for us by Cloudflare. There are no accounts here, so there is no password of yours to lose.

Payment

Handled by Razorpay, in a window that is theirs. We never see or hold card numbers, UPI PINs or bank logins, only whether the payment went through. Razorpay works under its own privacy terms.

Posting it to you

Your name, address and mobile number go on the label and into the courier’s system, usually India Post. They need all three to find the door and to ring you when they cannot. Nothing else about the order travels with the parcel.

Messages

Email, sent for us by Resend: your confirmation with the bill, the tracking when it ships, and one welcome note on a first order. WhatsApp only if you tick the box at checkout, and then it carries the same news instead: paid, shipped with tracking, delivered. WhatsApp is Meta’s, under Meta’s terms. Buying something does not put you on a mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

The shop sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner. Two things on the checkout page are not ours: Razorpay’s payment window, which opens only when you choose to pay, and Google’s map, which loads when the page does so you can drop a pin. Both run under their own terms and both can see your IP address. Typing the address by hand skips the map.

Google Customer Reviews also runs here. Its badge, in the corner of every page, shows our rating on Google and lets Google see your IP address. After you order, your order page asks whether Google may email you one short survey about us. That page passes Google your email, order reference and expected delivery date. If you say no or close it, Google sends nothing. Google runs both under its own terms.

Reviews

Once your parcel arrives, your order page asks how the inks are writing. What you send is kept with your order reference. It appears on our site only after we have read it, with the name and city you typed, and never your email, address or phone. Ask and we take it down.

We do not sell your details

Not to anyone, ever.

How long it stays

Tax rules make us keep a record of every sale for years, so the bill itself stays. Ask, and we delete your address and mobile number from the order and keep only what those rules require.
