There are no accounts

You cannot sign up, and there is nothing to log into. We hold no password of yours because we have never asked for one.

Your tray stays in your browser

The samples you pick are saved in your own browser’s local storage, along with an order reference. That never reaches us. Clearing your site data empties the tray, and using a different browser or device starts an empty one, because it was never on a server to sync from.

What reaches us, and when

Only when you press Send it. That opens WhatsApp with a message containing your chosen inks, the count, the total and the order reference. Nothing is sent until you send it. You can read and edit that message first, and closing WhatsApp instead sends us nothing at all.

Once you do message us, we see what WhatsApp shows any business you contact: your phone number, your WhatsApp display name, and whatever you write. To post an order we then ask for a delivery name, address and pincode, which we keep in that conversation for as long as we need it to get the parcel to you and to sort out anything that goes wrong afterwards. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta and has its own privacy terms, which we do not control.

Payment

Paid by UPI, directly between your bank and ours. We never see or hold card numbers, bank credentials or a saved payment method. There is no checkout on this site to enter them into.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. That is also why you were never shown a cookie banner. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches font files from Google; nothing about you is sent to us in the process.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent, or share your details with anyone marketing to you.
  • Add you to a mailing list because you bought something.
  • Keep payment details, because we never receive any.

Asking us to delete it

Message +91 00000 00000 or write to hello@theinkcrediblestore.com and ask. We will delete the conversation and the delivery details in it, keeping only what we are required to keep for tax records.
